Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of gochk.co ("Site"), operated by Redefine Fashion Private Limited ("CHK," "we," "us"). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version always lives at this page, and continued use means you accept the updates.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you're buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders flagged for fraud or pricing errors.
  • Prices on the Site are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • We accept payments through our partners (Shopify Payments, Razorpay, and others). We don't store your card details — payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and factors outside our control.
  • Tracking details are shared once the order ships.
  • You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Re-shipping charges apply for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns: Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Report within 2 days of delivery with photos to support@gochk.co.
  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders are refunded as store credit.
  • Exchanges: Available for size or style, subject to stock.
  • Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on gochk.co — logos, product designs, photography, copy, and the CHK name and stripe — is the property of Redefine Fashion Private Limited. You may not reproduce, modify, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Attempt to access our systems without authorization or disrupt site functionality
  • Scrape, copy, or republish our content
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications through our channels

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Liability

The Site and our products are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, third-party services, or technical failures outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Indian law — including statutory consumer rights.

8. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, strikes, supply-chain disruption, government action, internet or telecom failures, or similar.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CHK and its team against any claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
